About:
In my Digital Portfolio I have chosen to submit 12 pieces of my work. These include some personal projects and also college projects. I think it is very important to show a wide range of skills, when it comes to Graphic Design. This is why I included a varied range of designs from more modern approaches to printed items using traditional methods. I aspire to create interesting and unique designs; hopefully this is portrayed through my portfolio.
Technical skill is very important in Graphic Design and this is the reason I constantly push myself to learn new skills and techniques. I am very confident with the Adobe suite, the applications I use most are Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and InDesign but I also have some technical knowledge of Flash and Dreamweaver. I also have a good understanding of Cinema 4D. I find it very exciting taking a hand rendered sketch to a slick client visual.
I have applied for the Graphic Design course at Manchester Metropolitan University. I am a very motivated and responsible student seeking to obtain a Degree in Graphic Design. This will enable me to further my knowledge, skill level and completely immerse myself in the Graphic Design world. I feel that Manchester Metropolitan University could help me achieve these goals.
